Lokomotiv’s head coach Yuriy Syomin sums up the round of 16 game of the Russian Cup, in which Lokomotiv took on Krylia Sovetov.
- I have to say the pitch condition at Samara is remarkable. The fine turf contributed to the combination football we showed. Of course, we got the crucial opener. After that goal Loko were able to ease off and play on counters. In the last 15 minutes Krylia had the upper hand, but the game had been decided well before Chochiev’s shot.
