Syomin: I am happy with how we played in the secoond half
Yuriy Syomin talks to the press after his team's victory over SKA-Khabarovsk (1:0), a fourth in the row.
- I suggested the game would be hard. It's difficult for us to break up the defensive lines of the teams who pull all of their men behind the ball. It was obvious in the first half, although we still had some chances. I'm happy with how we played in the second half, we only lacked proper finishing.
- Why did you sub off Barinov so early?
- It was a tactical move. Barinov played well but I would like to see him supporting attacks more and help upfield as the second defensive midfielder. We needed a new player to support attack so I fielded Anton Miranchuk.
- Lokomotiv have never started with four wins in a row.
- We are here to break records. It's always hard to win on the Railroaders Day, there's a great responsibility. The players understand we have to cheer up all railroaders.
