Dear friends!

From this day on, I assume my duties as the new president of Football Club Lokomotiv Moscow, the club with amazing history, great heritage and special fans.

Everyone who starts working for Lokomotiv assumes great responsibility and I fully realize it. I am aware of all the expectations and hopes of the fans and I am ready to put all my efforts into justifying them.

I understand the importance of traditions in football. The club's veterans and other people who have contributed to the development of Lokomotiv should always be near and their fate is the fate of the club. It will be a great honor for me to work with such people.

Lokomotiv is not only the club of the Russian Football Premier League but is also the current title holder of the youth championship and one of the most renowned football academies of the country. One of my priorities as the president of the club is building a system that will allow the young talents to remain in the club and to reinforce the main team.

The club is a part of the Russian Railways family and it should become the face this important branch. The Russian Railways should be proud of Lokomotiv and by this I mean being proud of its commercial success of the highest level.
