FC Lokomotiv declaration
Moscow clubs appealed to the Mayor of the city and the leadership of the RFU.
4 capital clubs of the RPL – FC Dynamo-Moscow, PFC CSKA, FC Spartak-Moscow and FC Lokomotiv – made a joint declaration to the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin and the President of the RFU Alexander Dyukov with some proposals.
Clubs submit to consider the possibility of allowing fans who have been vaccinated and spectators who have a certificate of a negative result of a PCR test to the stands in excess of the established quota, with a total stadium capacity less than 50 percent.
In addition, the initiators of the declaration offer to organize vaccination centers at their stadiums that will work on the days of home matches. Clubs are also ready to consider providing discounts on tickets and season tickets as an additional incentive for the program of formation of collective immunity from COVID-19.
According to the heads of Moscow clubs, these steps will contribute to the implementation of the most important social mission to ensure the health and safety of citizens of the country, can become an example for the organizers of other sports and entertainment events and help football clubs generate additional income on match days without creating a threat of the spread of the disease.
