Niasse: The problems lie in our psychology

Lokomotiv striker Baye Oumar Niasse has summarized the game against Anji on the air of #OurCherkizovoLIVE show.

- I wouldn't say Anji were a surprise today. It was our own loss. We were also influenced by the news that the leader had stumbled. Every time we have a chance to cut on the gap to the leader we experience psychological problems. This is bad. We mustn't look back at CSKA, but must play our own game and contend the title.

- You mean, the problems we've had today were not due to the physique or weariness, but only to the psychology?

- Yes. We trained a lot, and we trained well. The problem is in our heads – probably we didn't get pumped up properly. We have to work on it. We're in the first place in the Europe League group and have to concentrate on the upcoming fixture against Sporting. As for the national championship, we have to stop looking back at others. Lokomotiv are a top team who have to have play their way.
