Lokomotiv Arrive In Spain

Today, Lokomotiv’s second winter training camp has begun. The team arrived in Malaga from where a bus took them to Mijas. The Railwaymen settled in one of the local hotels and will hold the first practice tonight on a nearby field.

All first team players are expected to take part in this camp. Dame Ndoye is absent; he had been given a few days’ rest after the African Cup. The injured defenders Renat Yanbaev and Maxim Belyaev are recovering in Moscow, they will join the team as soon as they are ready. Besides, defender Alexander Seraskhov is going to attend a trial in one of the Russian clubs.

Goalkeeper Ilya Lantratov and midfielder Sergey Makarov who had been representing Russia at the Commonwealth Cup have also joined the team, as well as Dmitriy Barinov who had been with the youth team during the first training camp.

Besides, on 11 February Lokomotiv will play an exhibition game against FC Haugesund (Norway).
