Igor Cherevchenko: I am not going to blame it all on the players

Lokomotiv head coach Igor Cherevchenko has summarized the game against Anji (0:2) of Gameweek 16 of the Russian Premier League.

- We suggested Anji would play on the counter-attacks, and that all their 11 would be stationed on their half for most of the time. Since we lost, that means the plan for the game wasn't implemented. I don't want to blame it all on the players, many of them recently returned form their national teams. I blame myself in the first place.

- Niasse returned from his national team late and had his first practice with the club only yesterday.
