Fadlu Davids is a new coach of FC Lokomotiv. The 41-year-old specialist will take the position of assistant head coach.
— It's a huge honor being a part of such a huge institution of Russian football. Lokomotiv Moscow is well known amongst South African fans as it was the club of the late Jacob Lekgetho many years ago. I am here to be part of the future success of the club and it all starts today, — said Davids.
Davids was born on May 21, 1981 in Cape Town (South Africa). As a professional footballer, he played for local clubs Avendal Atlético, Vasco da Gama, Silver Stars, Maritzburg United and others. As a manager, Fadlu spent most of his career at Maritzburg United and was also assistant to Josef Zinnbauer at the Orlando Pirates.
