They depend on two criteria: attending home matches and purchasing the products on the official website. If you are not with us yet, register your personal account on the club's official website and at the club's store at the stadium and get the Beginner status instantly.

How to join Sostav?
You do not need to go anywhere and get a plastic card to join the loyalty program. Just register your personal account on the official website of the club and you will become Sostav member automatically.
What to do if you have already registered on the site / have a membership card?
If you have had a personal account on the Lokomotiv official website, then you are already a member of the new loyalty program! To find out your current status, log in to the site and go to your personal account.
What principle have been applied when assigning the status to those who have already registered on the official website of Lokomotiv / already has a membership card?

Statuses in the new loyalty program have been assigned based on the amount of savings for the entire period of your registration on the club's official website.

  • Fans who have accumulated less than 1,000 rubles were assigned Beginner status
  • Fans who have accumulated from 1,000 to 10,000 rubles were assigned Talent status
  • Fans who have accumulated from 10,000 to 30,000 rubles were assigned Basic status
  • Fans who have accumulated from 30,000 to 60,000 rubles were assigned Leader status
  • Fans who have accumulated from 60,000 to 250,000 rubles were assigned Star status
  • Fans who accumulated more than 250,000 rubles were assigned Legend status

How do statuses work?

Assigned statuses must be confirmed or improved at the end of the full football season.

Full football season can be identified as all home matches with the participation of FC Lokomotiv, held within the same season of the Tinkoff Russian Football Championship season and the BETCITY Russian Football Cup.

To maintain or improve status, you must meet the conditions for at least one of two criteria:

Star From 60 000 rubles or 14 home matches

If any of the specified conditions are not met, the status is automatically reduced by one step in the end of the full football season. Therefore by the time of the end of the full football season, the earned status is fixed for the fan; during the next season, in order to maintain the status, the fan must meet any of the criteria allowing the status to be retained. For example, to maintain the Leader status, a fan needs either to spend at least 30 000 rubles again or to attend at least 10 home matches; if the fan fails to fulfill one of the two criteria for maintaining the status at the end of the season, the fan moves to the Basic status.

Beginner status can be improved only.

A fan will be able to move through several statuses at once within one full football season. For example, a fan with the Talant status spent more than 30 000 rubles or attended 10 home matches in one season will automatically be assigned the Leader status.


How will the statuses work until the end of the 2022/23 season?
With the new loyalty program launching at the end of the 2021/22 season, the club has decided to set up a temporary rule. It will allow you to get used to the new rules of the loyalty program and not worry about maintaining your status.

The status of all Sostav members cannot be downgraded until the end of the full 2022/23 football season.
Until then, the status of all fans participating in the loyalty program can only be improved.
Why to save or improve statuses?

The higher the status, the more privileges the fan receives during the season. The status of a fan affects the percentage of accumulation of bonus points.

So, for example, a fan with the Star status when purchasing tickets for the club's home matches will receive 25% of the purchase amount as bonus points. For comparison, a fan with the Talent status, when making a similar purchase, will receive 5% of the purchase amount as bonus points.

Additional bonus points can be earned for additional actions. We will publish a detailed list of activities for which bonus points will be awarded later.

When bonus points come to account?
Points accrued when purchasing a season ticket become available in your personal account within 3 days after the first match of the corresponding season.

Points accrued when purchasing tickets become available in your personal account 14 days after the purchase.

Points accrued when purchasing goods in the club's retail store become available in your personal account 20 days after the purchase.

Points accrued when purchasing goods in the club's online store become available in your personal account 45 days after the purchase.
How can I use the accumulated bonus points?

Accumulated points can be written off when purchasing tickets, season tickets and other official club's products. When shopping with points, you can pay up to 50% of the purchase amount. In addition, you can use the accumulated points to purchase goods from the Wagon of Impressions.

Do accumulated points expire?
Accumulated bonus points expire after 18 months from the date of their accrual. We recommend not to postpone purchases and actively use points!
What is the Wagon of impressions?

Wagon of Impressions is an online store of goods and services that can be purchased for bonus points.

Wagon of Impressions provides goods and services available for different levels of the loyalty program. The higher the fan status, the more items in the catalog you can purchase. The list of products will be updated. Follow the news.

Will the previous 5, 7, 10, 15 and 20% discounts be still available?

The new loyalty program does not offer fixed discounts. At the same time with active participation in the life of the club, you will be able to accumulate bonus points and pay with them immediately up to 50% of the cost of official FC Lokomotiv products, and write off for goods from the Wagon of impressions.

Do I need to apply for a separate plastic card to become Sostav member?

Lokomotiv makes the life of fans more convenient! To join the club loyalty program, you no longer need to go to the office and issue a plastic membership card. To join the program simply register the account on the official website of the club.

When making purchases online on the official website of the club with prior authorization, the ability to accumulate and write off points will be activated automatically.

When making purchases at the club's store at the stadium, show the cashier a special QR code located in your account in the Club Card section or simply tell the cashier your mobile phone number linked to your personal account on the official website, and name the confirmation code sent to the specified number.

You do not need to carry previously issued plastic cards with you.
