Biography
Alexey is a trainee of the Lokomotiv Academy: he has been a part of our club since 2011. The 18-year-old midfielder scored 27 goals and made 43 assists in the UFL and MFL, became a champion as part of the youth team and in the UFL-2 team, and also became the best assistant of the Youth and Youth League and was recognized as the player of the season in the 2023 in MFL. Batrakov's talent did not go unnoticed: the footballer has been repeatedly invited to train with the main team since 2023.Under the leadership of Mikhail Galaktionov, Alexey made his debut for the main team on March 31, 2024, in the RPL game with Krasnodar (1:1) at the RZD Arena.
The first time he had played for national team of Russia the same year. Batrakov played for Russia on November 15, 2024, in a friendly match against Brunei (11:0), and scored his debut goal.
At the end of 2024, the 19-year-old footballer became a laureate of the XXII annual national award "First Five", which is awarded to the best young player (under 21 years old) in RPL based on the results of the calendar year. Among 105 experts, 98 people named Batrakov the best young footballer.
